Stamp Collections are organized under different categories, seen below. Each collection is unlocked when you acquire a fish in the collection/series or you reach a certain level. Collecting a fish in one of the series will give you the stamp for the respective fish. When you collect all the stamps you will get a reward. Categories are listed here.
